Pointing In The Right Direction
I can’t thank my brother enough and I will never forget he showed me the way. In High School, I was just listening to mind-numbing hip-hop because it sounded cool. I was feeling the songs with their catchy beats and didn’t really care what they were saying. Then one day my brother showed me this cool group he found called AER. After listening to a song I was instantly hooked. This is what I was chasing for, a meaningful song that sounds good. After having the songs of theirs on repeat for awhile, I began to dig deep into understanding the lyrics. This was giving me a new type of confidence and sparking creativity like never before. I listened to Rebelution before and then started connecting the patterns with everything that the lyrics were pointing to. One thing leads to another and I reconstructed a positive playlist to send a better view on life through affirmations and music.
Here are just two examples of the songs that have helped me to see the patterns in thinking.

History of Music
Starting with the heartbeat, we all have music in us. Music is what moves us and makes us feel. To help get through struggle and hardships, music has been there to provide a sense of relief.
Here is the history of music along with a motivational video that can help create a positive effect in your life while showing the power of singing/music.
Through Hardships And Changing The World
Power of Good Vibes Music
Now that there is a basic understanding of music, we can dive into the power of music. We are all walking sponges and just combinations of what surrounds us, whether that be friends, influences, role models, or even down to the food we eat. Everything effects us on the micro level and it all matters.
For food ideas check out a post I did for the benefits of the food you eat down to the cells
The study of the brain is really fascinating and gets me really excited to explore it’s potential. There are more and more studies going into the power of thinking and manifesting into reality of what is inside your brain. Thoughts are very powerful and your brain should be protected at all times from the noise that is all around; one should just focus on the truth and they will be happy (my opinion). There is a lot of noise out there and the truth cuts through it all. Be careful of your environment or what you put in your brain.
“You are the average of the five people you associate with most, so do not underestimate the effects of your pessimistic, unambitious, or disorganized friends. If someone isn’t making you stronger, they’re making you weaker.” – Tim Ferriss
The first video dives into how important the power of thinking is and visualizing.
Music Improving the Mind
The Power of The Mindset and Visualization
The mind is a crazy and wonderful piece of existence. We have evolved to be the best because of our brain’s ability to think ahead and outsmart our competition in the animal kingdom. You can work out as much as you want but you will never be stronger than a gorilla and they are still in cages and we aren’t because of our way of thinking. We have outsmarted the competition and have this amazing ability to see into the future and sacrifice suffering now for a better tomorrow. These videos below will dive into how to tap into the brain to create a life worth living and use our strongest ability to our advantage.

Here is a part in my book Brain Priming that I think is very important to include here before you watch this next video.
Creating a vision board
Take this week to see your vision. This is very important!! to put an image to a dream. Seeing this every day is important in actually feeling like you’re there. Hint: Make a vision board and put it where you will stop and check it out every day. This should be revisited and redefined as views change. Also putting up positive words around where you will see them (ex. workplace) helps the (computer) brain register what you want it to do.
- Think long about what you actually want (ex. Health, living, wealth, thought process etc.)
- Put words in your field of vision that help you progress towards your vision (Could be the word simple, just to remind to keep it simple)
- Use colors to better enhance the visual images of your vision board.
Note: This isn’t an end all be all, it takes action. The exercise is to get your imagination going and putting up images. You still have to put in the work.

Great place to start and get an idea where to go. Very effective and simple.
Have fun!! take some time and let your imagination run wild.
It’s your Lifestyle Choice
Jim Carrey is a great example of someone who visualized his success.
Think About It
Make sure to really think about your end goal because we get want we focus on. We evolved from hunter and gatherers to have a mindset that when we have our eyes set on a target everything blurs away and once we reach that target everything that was blurred comes flashing in. Such in love or when all you want is money and you ignore the rest of life around you or if you are trying to get laid and that is your only mindset until it happens and reality rushes in. Aim higher and make sure to enjoy all that is around you in the time being.

Power of Music And Positive Feedback Loops
Music is a wonderful luxury and gift that we can use to our advantage. I think to get to a higher level of thinking or living, there needs to be some kind of loop that is there for your success. Whether that is listening to quality podcasts, getting honest feedback, or having songs that put you in a higher wave of thinking. All are important to your personal growth and should be examined closely. I have put together a playlist that reinforces the fact that life is amazing and that there is so much to life if we just love and open up. I also tried to include songs that talk about I because I think that makes people believe it is them speaking in the I form which helps in progress (only tested this idea on myself).
To balance all the positivity I think about death all the time.
Check more on my I think of death
“I think it’s very important to have a feedback loop, where you’re constantly thinking about what you’ve done and how you could be doing it better. I think that’s the single best piece of advice: constantly think about how you could be doing things better and questioning yourself.”
– Elon Musk
Below are videos to show the power of music along with the power of feedback loops.
We are good by nature
We are all good inherently by nature by we have to be shown the way first.

On the God Within Us
A You are doing an excellent thing, one which will be wholesome for you, if, as you write me, you are persisting in your effort to attain sound understanding; it is foolish to pray for this when you can acquire it from yourself. We do not need to uplift our hands towards heaven, or to beg the keeper of a temple to let us approach his idol’s ear, as if in this way our prayers were more likely to be heard. God is near you, he is with you, he is within you.
This is what I mean, Lucilius: a holy spirit indwells within us, one who marks our good and bad deeds, and is our guardian. As we treat this spirit, so are we treated by it. Indeed, no man can be good without the help of God. Can one rise superior to fortune unless God helps him to rise? He it is that gives noble and upright counsel. In each good man
A god doth dwell, but what god know we not.
If ever you have come upon a grove that is full of ancient trees which have grown to an unusual height, shutting out a view of the sky by a veil of pleached and intertwining branches, then the loftiness of the forest, the seclusion of the spot, and your marvel at the thick unbroken shade in the midst of the open spaces, will prove to you the presence of deity. Or if a cave, made by the deep crumbling of the rocks, holds up a mountain on its arch, a place not built with hands but hollowed out into such spaciousness by natural causes, your soul will be deeply moved by a certain intimation of the existence of God. We worship the sources of mighty rivers; we erect altars at places where great streams burst suddenly from hidden sources; we adore springs of hot water as divine, and consecrate certain pools because of their dark waters or their immeasurable depth.
If you see a man who is unterrified in the midst of dangers, untouched by desires, happy in adversity, peaceful amid the storm, who looks down upon men from a higher plane, and views the gods on a footing of equality, will not a feeling of reverence for him steal over you, will you not say: “This quality is too great and too lofty to be regarded as resembling this petty body in which it dwells? A divine power has descended upon that man.”
When a soul rises superior to other souls, when it is under control, when it passes through every experience as if it were of small account, when it smiles at our fears and at our prayers, it is stirred by a force from heaven. A thing like this cannot stand upright unless it be propped by the divine. Therefore, a greater part of it abides in that place from whence it came down to earth. Just as the rays of the sun do indeed touch the earth, but still abide at the source from which they are sent; even so the great and hallowed soul, which has come down in order that we may have a nearer knowledge of divinity, does indeed associate with us, but still cleaves to its origin; on that source it depends, thither it turns its gaze and strives to go, and it concerns itself with our doings only as a being superior to ourselves
What, then, is such a soul? One which is resplendent with no external good, but only with its own. For what is more foolish than to praise in a man the qualities which come from without? And what is more insane than to marvel at characteristics which may at the next instant be passed on to someone else? A golden bit does not make a better horse. The lion with gilded mane, in process of being trained and forced by weariness to endure the decoration, is sent into the arena in quite a different way from the wild lion whose spirit is unbroken; the latter, indeed, bold in his attack, as nature wished him to be, impressive because of his wild appearance—and it is his glory that none can look upon him without fear—is favoured in preference to the other lion, that languid and gilded brute.
No man ought to glory except in that which is his own. We praise a vine if it makes the shoots teem with increase, if by its weight it bends to the ground the very poles which hold its fruit; would any man prefer to this vine one from which golden grapes and golden leaves hang down? In a vine the virtue peculiarly its own is fertility; in man also we should praise that which is his own. Suppose that he has a retinue of comely slaves and a beautiful house, that his farm is large and large his income; none of these things is in the man himself; they are all on the outside.
Praise the quality in him which cannot be given or snatched away, that which is the peculiar property of the man. Do you ask what this is? It is soul, and reason brought to perfection in the soul. For man is a reasoning animal. Therefore, man’s highest good is attained, if he has fulfilled the good for which nature designed him at birth.
And what is it which this reason demands of him? The easiest thing in the world—to live in accordance with his own nature. But this is turned into a hard task by the general madness of mankind; we push one another into vice. And how can a man be recalled to salvation, when he has none to restrain him, and all mankind to urge him on? Farewell.

Be careful about what you put in your ears!!!
Our gut is very powerful and we get feelings before we can make a decision
Thinking positive is a positive. Out of everything, the situation is not going to change by complaining or being sad. Might as well look at the glass half full and move on. Positive affirmations are really good at implanting positive thinking into the brain so when faced with any situation, one can recall on these thoughts implanted in the brain. Through repetition, these ideas become reality and it is super important to think about what you want your reality to be because, it will happen willingly or not.
“Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it … he who doesn’t … pays it.” – Albert Einstein
“Healthy fuel, equals healthy brain, equals new thoughts, equals new reality.” – Cj Lewis
Taking it to the subconscious again. I hope you see the patterns now of getting the brain ready to take on whatever you decide a life worth living is. Most of it is like working out as in you have to keep putting positive inputs to get what you want. It goes to even a deeper level than we currently know but I hope you have learned a lot from these videos that can be applied to your life.
It All Matters!!!
My End Goal
I might as well state my purpose in life
To educate and be as relatable as possible while living life to the fullest & adding my comic relief all while bringing my positive attitude to a community of like-minded people so we can collab & grow together.
With that being said, I just want to bring the best information out there so we can grow from it and collaborate. I know no one wants to hear from me, so I try and take the best sources to show a point all while bringing positivity
I hope this has brought a bunch of new ideas to apply to your life.
Cheers to keep learning
